OUR Abstinence addiction treatment VISION

A world in which everyone has access to support to process their emotions in an enviroment that feels healthy, supportive and welcoming, without fearing vulnerability.

Our mission

We strive to support those seeking abstinence based recovery from all addictions to access their full potential and become sustainably independent.

our approach

  1. Frontline providers

We partner with frontline treatment providers, supporting them to deliver highly impactful intersetional and anti-oppressive approaches

  2. Research

In our quest to promote evidence-based practice, we invest in research that measures the long term impact of different addiction treatment methods, including harm reduction. Our aim is to improve long-term quality of life for the service user

We look to partner with frontline treatment providers who:

  • Have an annual income of or less than £500,000

  • Prioritise trauma informed approaches for their programmes that are designed and led by qualified psychotherapists accredited by either BACP or UKCP

  • Are focused solely on an abstinence treatment model

  • Are already or are committed to addressing process addictions as well as substance in their treatment programme*

  • Are willing to measuring their impact and abstinence rates of their service users for a minimum of one year after service user graduation*

  • Demonstrate committment to anti-oppressive practice and collective care of their team.

We specialise in supporting frontline providers to:

  • *Measure long term qualitative impact and data

  • *Develop aftercare therapeutic services specialising in one to one and/or group therapy with an emphasis on processing trauma

  • Strengthen anti-oppressive frame works, especially centered around racial justice for White led organisations who are ready to work through a racial justice lens and looking for support and accountability.
